01 How do I install the studies?

After purchasing, you'll receive a JAR file and a license key. Place the JAR in your MotiveWave Extensions folder, restart MotiveWave, and enter your license key in any study's settings. All studies activate with a single key.
02 Do the studies work on all instruments?

Yes. Our studies work with any instrument that provides tick data in MotiveWave — futures, forex, stocks, crypto. Orderflow studies require a data feed that includes bid/ask volume data.
03 Can I use the studies on multiple computers?

Each license is bound to one machine. If you switch computers, contact us and we'll reset your machine binding for free. This typically takes less than an hour.
04 What if I have issues or need help?

Join our Discord community for direct support from the development team. We typically respond within 30 minutes during trading hours.
05 What happens when MotiveWave updates?

We release compatibility updates as soon as MotiveWave ships a new version. Updates are included with your subscription at no extra cost.
